The spacious rooms with private bathrooms were a delight. The shower was so refreshing, it felt like standing under a waterfall. The free toiletries made me feel like I was bathing in luxury.

During my Xmas trip to this hotel, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served by friendly staff and the location was convenient for exploring the nearby town. The hotel itself was visually pleasing, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the pool.

We experienced several disappointing aspects during our stay. there was no air conditioning in the room, and despite the owner's reassurances, the room remained uncomfortably warm well into the night.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, as it was in the town center and close to everything. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

We had a great stay at a lovely hotel in Urgup. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for our group of friends. The pool was a wonderful asset and we enjoyed cooling off on hot days. The location was ideal for exploring the breathtaking region and experiencing the amazing balloon flight. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious and we could see the stunning views from the terrace. We were also amazed by the gorgeous outdoor pool and how well-maintained everything was. The location was perfect, very close to the attractions and restaurants. We also loved that there were plenty of parking spaces available. our experience was fantastic!

There really wasn't anything negative to say about this hotel. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been if the WiFi signal had been stronger.

Spent my Xmas vacation in a charming stone-built property that took me on a trip back in time. Located in the heart of the city, it was convenient to move around. The hospitable staff made us feel at home by offering prompt service throughout our stay. Loved the hot water and cosy beds. The long outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing swim on hot afternoons.

Nothing really to dislike. Just wished they had more English speaking staff for better communication.

We had a bad experience over Easter weekend. The hotel was clearly understaffed and the staff that were there seemed overworked and stressed out.

Located in the heart of town, this hotel is just steps away from all the action. You won't need to drive anywhere. The room is spacious yet cozy with a stunning view of the valley. The bathroom has state-of-the-art fixtures that are both impressive and practical. The service is average and can be improved in some areas. Breakfast was pleasant, however, could be better if there were more choices.

The pool was not available during my stay due to maintenance.
